Bishop Jonas Mupeta-Deputy General Overseer; As church Deputy General Overseer you shall be responsible for all duties related to spiritual leadership, administrative oversight, and the well-being of the churches. You shall also be responsible for guiding the church's direction, ensuring sound doctrine, and nurturing the spiritual growth of both leaders and general membership.

Apostle Dennis Shikatala Appointed as Consecrated as General Secretary General Secretary; as General Secretary of the church you shall be responsible for a range of administrative duties, communication, and organizational duties, often acting as a key support to church leadership. This shall include managing records, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining the church calendar. Further you shall be involved in financial tasks like budget management and payroll, depending on the church's structure and receiving weekly and quarterly report from Church Secretaries or administrators.

Pastor Gift Zulu Appointed as Consecrated as Deputy General Secretary General Secretary; as Deputy General Secretary of the church you shall be responsible for a range of administrative duties, communication, and organizational duties, often acting as a key support to church leadership. This shall include managing records, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining the church calendar. Further you shall be involved in financial tasks like budget management and payroll, depending on the church's structure and receiving weekly and quarterly report from Church Secretaries or administrators and act in the absence of the Secretary General.

Mr. Edwin Malumo Appointed as Consecrated as Chief Administrator Chief Church Administrator is a senior trustee of the Church with powers to run and manage a Church in the absence of the Church Body. Duties of the Chief Administrator revolve around managing the church's operational and administrative functions in consultation with local Church body and resident Pastor, allowing pastors and ministry leaders to focus on spiritual guidance in line with CAG vision and doctrine. This includes overseeing finances, managing facilities, coordinating events, and ensuring effective communication from Church Administrators and Secretaries.

Pastor Samuel Tembo Appointed as Consecrated as Worship and Music Pastor Music and worship pastor; Shall play a vital role in leading congregations in spiritual expression through music. Your responsibilities include planning and leading worship services, selecting and arranging music, and overseeing the musical aspects of churches and work with local Music Directors. You shall recruit, train, and mentor worship team members at Congregation level, manage the worship ministry budget, and ensure a cohesive and engaging worship experience.

Pastor Bright K. Miti Appointed as Consecrated as National Youth Pastor As Youth Pastor you shall have diverse duties, broadly categorized as supporting the Youth ministry at Congregation level and organizing youth camps, meetings, conferences within the Assembly. This includes helping with Church Local Youth leadership, assisting in pastoral care, managing administrative tasks for youth department and leading community outreach programs

Rev Teddy Habantu Appointed as Consecrated as Men’s Ministry Pastor As Men’s Ministry Pastor you shall have diverse duties, broadly categorized as supporting the Men’s ministry at Congregation level and organizing men’s camps, meetings, conferences within the Assembly. This includes helping with Church Local Men leadership, assisting in pastoral care, managing administrative tasks for men department and leading men’s Fellowships at Church level

Pastor Gillien Kalela Appointed as Consecrated as Senior Pastor As Senior Pastor you shall have diverse duties, broadly categorized as supporting Pastors at Congregation level and organizing Pastors meetings, seminars and in house training in consultation with Secretary General and Deputy Overseer.

The following are approved for appointment in the Office as Elders and shall perform the following duties but not limited to As Church elders you shall have a multifaceted role centered around leadership, teaching, and pastoral care within the church. You shall be tasked with guiding the congregation, teaching sound doctrine, and providing spiritual oversight, often acting as shepherds to the flock. This includes discerning the church's direction, leading by example, and offering counsel and correction when needed.

Our Statement of Faith

CAG statement of faith set out for us. We know that God can do anything, so we dream big here with our vision!

1. To be a Church that ignites and keeps revival fires aflame: We want to do this both individually and as a Church, through spirit-filled ministry. Zechariah 2:5; Psalm 104:4

2. To be a strong discipling Church: Discipling using effective training, making "every believer a minister." Ephesians 4:11-13

3. To maintain intimate fellowship and discipleship: Doing this through the ministry of small groups, "making the large church small." Acts 2:46-47

4. To develop and maintain an intercessory prayer ministry: This will provide a covering for all areas of ministry in our church, community, and our world. Ezekiel 22:30; Isaiah 56:7; Chronicles 7:14

5. To raise and equip children and youth: We want to equip them with wisdom and abilities to daily walk in the power of God. Acts 1&2

6. To be a ministry center: We want to be able to accommodate compatible ministries that will enable the Body of Christ to fulfill the Great Commission. Romans 12: 4-13

7. To have evangelistic outreach: So that we are accompanied by genuine expressions of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Matthew 28:19; Matthew 25: 35-40

8. To uphold the family unit: We want to equip our members with the Biblical Principles and resources it needs to flourish. Ephesians 5:21-24; Ephesians 6:1-4; Deuteronomy 6:7

9. To raise up, equip, and support our missionaries: As they go Preaching the Gospel to our city, country, and the nations of the World. Romans 10:14-15; Mark 16:15,20

Our Aim

The Covenant Assemblies of God (CAG) aims to have healthy members, missional churches that plant more such churches, with a focus on both strengthening established Assemblies and starting new ones. The overarching vision is to see more disciples among more populations in a more caring and just world.

This involves pursuing Christ and His priorities, both in the church and in the world (Matt. 28:16-20; Acts 14:7, 21-23; 15:35; Rom. 10:14-17; Titus 1:5-9 )
